A few things worth knowing.

Is my requested time guaranteed?

No. A request is not an appointment. Onge will review availability, the session type and whether the request fits the service boundaries before replying.

When should I pay?

Only after you receive approval, a booking reference and payment instructions from Onge. The initial form does not collect card details or payment.

Which time zone is used?

The time zone you select on your request. Onge will include the agreed date, time and time zone in the approval and final session details.

How will we connect?

Onge will agree the call platform with you and provide joining details before the session. You do not need to switch on your camera for a voice session.

What if I have already been approved and paid?

Use the separate payment-proof page. Your session is confirmed only after Onge has checked the payment.
