Will I be speaking with Onge?
Yes. Every bookable human session is directly with Onge. The possible future AI option is not currently available.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
No. Choose a voice session if that feels more comfortable. Camera-on is a separate option.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a non-clinical conversation and listening service. It is not therapy, professional advice, dating or crisis support.
