Someone to talk to when you feel lonely

You can say, “I’d like some company.”

There is no need to explain or justify wanting human connection. You can request a conversation whether you live alone, are surrounded by people or are simply having a quiet day.

You choose what to share.

You don’t have to start by talking about loneliness. Talk about your interests, the week you’ve had or a memory you enjoy. If you want to say that you are feeling alone, there is room for that too.

No promises to fix a feeling.

Talk to Onge offers time, listening and a real conversation. It does not promise to resolve loneliness or treat mental-health conditions. You are welcome to talk about feelings, while keeping clear that this is a non-clinical service.

Connection at your pace.

You can choose a shorter voice session if that feels like an easier beginning. Camera-on sessions are available if seeing the person you’re speaking with matters to you. You are not required to buy a package or make a recurring commitment.

When a conversation is not enough.

If you need clinical care, contact an appropriately qualified professional. This service cannot provide crisis support or emergency assistance. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
