Non-clinical conversation about feelings

Room to talk about feelings.
Clear about what this is.

You can talk about stress, loneliness or a difficult day with Onge. This is a human listening service, not mental-health treatment.

Everyday feelings can be part of a conversation.

You don’t need to keep a conversation light if something is on your mind. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Avoid putting sensitive health histories or urgent concerns into the booking form.

Not therapy, counselling or clinical care.

Onge does not provide psychotherapy, psychological counselling, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, assessment or professional mental-health advice. The service does not claim to treat symptoms or improve a clinical condition.

A personal perspective is only that.

If you ask, “What do you think?”, Onge may offer a general personal opinion. That opinion is not medical or psychological advice and should not be used to replace care from a qualified professional.

For professional or urgent support.

Contact an appropriately qualified professional if you need mental-health care. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service. Talk to Onge is not monitored or equipped as a crisis service.
